about elizabeth

Hi there! I’m a registered (ACA), qualified (MCouns.) Internal Family Systems psychotherapist from Melbourne.

My passion is helping individuals reconnect with their spark and sense of purpose – supporting them in building a life aligned with their true self.

I specialise in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and am Level 2 qualified in this modality. I find IFS to be profoundly life-changing, liberating, and effective. It is a powerful approach that helps us explore and heal the parts of ourselves that feel stuck, conflicted, or wounded, fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and inner harmony.

I’m deeply passionate about understanding how trauma impacts the body. Recognising what triggers the body to feel unsafe can be a gateway to profound healing and lasting change. I firmly believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to working through dysregulation. That’s why I work collaboratively and at your pace, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs.

  • She listens in a non-judgemental way as well as offering valuable insight and asking intuitive questions to help me uncover some hard truths and areas that I need to work on. Elizabeth has committed to working further with me on those areas as well as providing me with information, resources and activities that are helpful and practical.

  • Elizabeth takes a gentle and considered approach to her sessions, creating a safe and calm space to share and work through with her.

  • After the first session working with Elizabeth, I had such a fresh perspective and outlook on what I needed to work on with new goals I could easily set for myself.

  • Working with Elizabeth has been nothing short of life changing for me. She has supported me with my anxiety, as well as assisting me to dig deeper into who I really am and what I want out of life.

  • I have spoken to several therapists over the last few years but I just didn’t click with any of them until I had a phone consultation with Elizabeth. She is everything I could have asked for in a therapist, and as hard as some sessions may feel to me, I look forward to them each week. 100% recommend Lemonade Psychotherapy to anyone.

  • She created a warm and comforting atmosphere that allowed me to feel completely at ease delving into all elements of my life and mind.

  • Wowza, two sessions down with Elizabeth and my gosh it’s been WILD! It’s been so refreshing being able to talk with someone who listens, understands, makes me think and most importantly empowers me.
