about elizabeth
Hi there! I’m a registered (ACA), qualified (MCouns.) Internal Family Systems psychotherapist from Melbourne.
I blend talk therapy with somatic parts work (IFS) to unlock deep healing and change.
I firmly believe there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to dysregulation. That’s why I will work with you at your pace, tailoring a therapy plan according to what works for you and what you need.
My style is trauma-informed, relaxed, warm, and conversational. I predominately work within the IFS framework, which is an evidence-based modality designed to help people heal by accessing and soothing their wounded inner parts. I also draw from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness.
